Depending on the feature you use, information may include account and profile details; KYA information you provide for verification; transaction and account-activity information; and details you submit through forms. The Contact Us form requests your name, email address, mobile number, subject and message. Newsletter signup requests your name and email address. We use these details to provide requested features, handle verification, respond to messages and manage newsletter subscriptions.

The app keeps account and transaction records to support its features and show account activity. The owner has not confirmed whether full card or bank-payment credentials are received or retained by Fu-Lu or by each payment provider. This notice therefore does not promise that such details are never stored. Review any notice shown in a specific payment flow. Do not send full card details, passwords or PINs through a contact message.

Banks may receive KYA information for KYA checks. The complete current list of technical and payment service providers, and the information each receives, has not been confirmed. Some forms can load Google reCAPTCHA when enabled; its deployment and data handling have not been confirmed for every setup. The site also contains push, realtime and external payment integrations whose active status and data transfers have not been confirmed. This is not an exhaustive provider list.
